摘要

Abstract

Under the prospect that new energy power generation will become the main body of electricity and solar power generation will become the largest power source,the establishment of energy storage is an effective means to improve the instability of photovoltaic power generation,and solve the problem of limiting the application and transmission of photovoltaic power,and lacking of photovoltaic power at night.Taking the Guoluo area in Qinghai Province as a reference,considering the high dispersion of users in this area,the main electricity consumption is photovoltaic consumption,and some users are equipped with rooftop distributed photovoltaics.In order to solve the problem of users'nighttime electricity consumption and avoid the waste of distributed photovoltaic resources,an energy storage system is proposed by load aggregators,and the capacity of the energy storage system is configured with the goal of maximizing the benefit in combination with the capacity constraints,and finally the particle swarm optimization algorithm with improved nonlinear inertia weight is used for the solution.The results show that while solving the above problems,aggregators can not only gain their own profits but also save electricity costs for contracted users,effectively promoting more users to sign contracts with them,thereby integrating more demand side resources and providing better auxiliary services for demand side response and market regulation of the power grid.
