Abstract
In the process of informatization,the traditional Office software is used by colleges and universities to deal with the work related to scientific research management,which can no longer meet the needs and development of the current colleges and universities.All colleges and universities need to change the working methods and modes of scientific research management.This paper takes Shaanxi Energy Institute as an example to investigate the current situation of scientific research management and successfully build a university scientific research management system.While providing convenience for the whole university's scientific research personnel,it also facilitates the university's scientific research management work.It further improves the system construction and fits the work flow of scientific research management on the built system.On this basis,it modifies the regular fixed modules of the scientific research management system to make the scientific research management system more fit the reality of colleges and universities,so as to promote the development of scientific research in colleges and universities.关键词
