Abstract
As an important energy supply device on spacecraft,the performance of solar batteries is crucial for ensuring the normal operation of the spacecraft.When evaluating the performance of solar batteries,an important factor need to be considered is the orbital radiation environment in which the spacecraft is located.In order to more accurately evaluate the operational efficiency of solar batteries in different orbital environments,this paper applies the AE9/AP9 model to the performance degradation model of solar batteries,and conducts simulation experiments on the impact of the continuous orbital particle environment on GaAs solar batteries for many years.The experimental results show that the designed model can more accurately evaluate the in-orbit performance changes of solar batteries.关键词
