企业大数据分析能力对企业绩效的影响机制研究
Research on the Impact Mechanism of Big Data Analysis Capability on Enterprise Performance
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology,big data has become a fundamental strategic resource for the country,and more and more enterprises are beginning to focus on improving their big data analysis capabilities.In order to explore the impact of big data analysis capability on en-terprise performance,based on resource-based theory and dynamic capability theory,this study con-structed a research model on the relationship between big data analysis capability,market agility,or-ganizational resilience,and enterprise performance.The empirical results show that the ability to ana-lyze big data has a positive impact on corporate performance,market agility plays a mediating role be-tween them and simultaneously,organizational resilience positively moderates the mediating role of market agility.The above research conclusion may provide guidance for promoting enterprises to con-duct big data analysis and improve their performance.关键词
