Abstract
In order to improve the working efficiency of the training equipment in the Industry Education Integration Practice Center,advanced control technology has been adopted to carry out automation transformation design and research on existing equipment.Taking the frequently malfunctioning horizontal band sawing machine as an example,based on the analysis of its functional composition,the existing devices are fully utilized,and PLC is used to repair and transform the control circuit.It mainly includes the selection and configuration of the control system PLC,the design and installation of control circuit,the implementation and optimization of control logic,and the writing and debugging of programs.At the same time,an electrician training and assessment device is used for simulation debugging,which shortened the debugging time.The equipment has been renovated and designed to optimize operational functions and improve usage efficiency.This also creates real cases for the teaching of the practice center.关键词
