矿井安全监控系统包含众多子系统,这些子系统使用独立且不同的网关.煤矿井下环境恶劣,数据传输的实时性和可靠性对于安全生产具有重要意义,传统网关数据处理能力差,难以实时处理和传输海量数据.为此,设计一款矿井安全监控系统融合网关,该网关以RK3568 核心板为主控,搭载无线通信、有线通信和扩展模块,负责接收来自各个子系统的数据,在网关内进行数据处理,通过工业以太网上传数据,实现各个子系统的数据融合与转发.

The mine safety monitoring system consists of numerous subsystems that use independent and different gateways.The underground environment of coal mines is harsh,and the real-time and reliable data transmission is of great significance for safety production.Traditional gateways have poor data processing capabilities and are difficult to process and transmit massive amounts of data in real time.To this end,it designs a fusion gateway for mine safety monitoring system.The gateway uses RK3568 core board as the main control,is equipped with wireless communication module,wired communication module,and expansion module,is responsible for receiving data from various subsystems,processes data within the gateway,uploads data through industrial Ethernet,and achieves data fusion and forwarding of each subsystem.
