Advances in the therapeutic concepts and technologies of hepatolithiasis
摘要
Abstract
Hepatolithiasis is a common disease of the digestive system in China,and its occurrence has obvious regional characteristics.However,the treatment of this disease is difficult,which is one of the challenges that hepatobiliary surgeons need to overcome.Nowadays,under the rapid development of intelligent diagnosis and precision surgery,new concepts and technologies have been applied in the diagnosis and treatment of hepatolithiasis.For example,new technologies represented by three-dimensional visualization provide important support for preoperative diagnosis,evaluation,and surgical planning of hepatolithiasis;minimally invasive surgeries represented by laparoscopic hepatectomy have become the most important therapies for hepatolithiasis.Surgeons in this new era should still uphold the basic concept of being"people-oriented",combine with the most advanced technical means,explore new methods for the treatment of hepatolithiasis,and constantly promote the maximization of patients'interests.关键词
