摘要
Abstract
Inulin is a natural plant-derived prebiotic,which has been widely used in animal husbandry in recent years due to its high nutritional value,physiological function and environmental friendliness.Inulin can promote animal growth,regulate immunity,and improve intestinal homeostasis.However,due to the characteristics of inulin itself,there are still some problems in the use process.This paper reviews the physicochemical properties,negative effects of inulin and its application in monogastric animal production practice,aiming to provide reference for the rational application of inulin as a new feed additive in animal husbandry.关键词
