静脉通路安全管理在血液系统恶性肿瘤患者围化疗期的效果评价
Evaluation of the efficacy of venous access safety management in patients with hematological malignancies during the peri-chemotherapy period
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of venous access safety management in patients with hematological malignancies during the peri-chemotherapy period.Methods A total of 252 patients with hematological malignancies treated in the Department of Lymphatic Hematology and Children's Oncology of the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Guangxi Medical University during the peri-chemotherapy period as the research subjects.From May 2021 to July 2022,126 patients were selected as the study group(conventional management+venous access safety management),and from May 2019 to July 2020,126 patients were selected as the control group(conventional management).The incidence of catheter infection,drug exudation/extravasation,phlebitis,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.The accuracy of selection of infusion tools,catheter fixation,and dressing maintenance was compared between the two groups of nursing staff.Results The total incidence of catheter infection,drug exudation/extravasation,and phlebitis during the peri-chemotherapy period in the study group was lower than that in the control group.The accuracy rates of selection of infusion tools,catheter fixation,and dressing maintenance in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Venous access safety management in patients with hematological malignancies during the peri-chemotherapy period can reduce the occurrence of complications of venous vascular access and improve patient satisfaction with nursing work,which has certain clinical application value.关键词
