基于CiteSpace的肝脓肿合并糖尿病的研究热点及前沿分析
Research hotspot and frontier analysis of liver abscess with diabetes mellitus based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective To analyze the current situation,research hotspots,and frontier trend of liver abscesses(LAs)with diabetes mellitus(DM)from 1991 to 2023 in this article.Methods The data were from the CNKI database.The relevant literature on liver abscesses with diabetes mellitus collected from January 1991 to February 2023 was retrieved.The authors,number of articles,keywords,and research institutions of the retrieved articles were analyzed using the visual literature analysis software CiteSpace 6.1.R6.Results A total of 333 articles were ultimately included,and articles in this field gradually declined after reaching their peak in 2015.The top three authors in terms of publication volume were Cui Yan,Xia Jie and Ji Anlai.The main research institutions were Ankang Central Hospital,affiliated hospitals of Nanjing Medical University and West China Hospital of Sichuan University.Keywords clustering suggested that clinical analysis,ultrasound intervention and intervention nursing were the research hotspots of liver abscess with diabetes mellitus.Conclusion In the treatment of liver abscess with diabetes mellitus,we should strengthen the close relationship between various institutions and regions,and the future research hotspots will mainly focus on clinical analysis,ultrasound intervention,pharmaceutical monitoring and prognosis,to better promote the development of research in the treatment of liver abscess with diabetes mellitus.关键词
