Abstract
Objective To explore the effectiveness of continuous renal replacement therapy in patients with chronic renal failure and heart failure.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic renal failure and heart failure admitted to Wuwei Liangzhou Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 40 patients included in each group.The control group received hemodialysis therapy,while the observation group received continuous renal replacement therapy.The total effective rate,renal function indicators,cardiac function indicators,inflammatory factor indicators,and adverse reaction rates were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than the control group's 82.50%,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the renal function indicators of the observation group,including blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),and cysteine C(Cys-C)inhibitor,were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory factor indicators of C-reactiveprotein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and procalcitonin(PCT)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous renal replacement therapy for patients with chronic renal failure and heart failure can improve the overall effective rate,improve renal and cardiac function,reduce the degree of inflammatory response,and has higher safety.关键词
