Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of retinal laser photocoagulation,intravitreal razinibumab injection(IVR)and IVR combined with retinal laser photocoagulation in the treatment of retinopathy of prematurity(ROP).Methods A retrospective study was conducted through 58 premature infants(114 eyes)diagnosed with treat-ment-required ROP in our hospital from 2019 to 2020.Among them,48 eyes were treated with laser photocoagulation,38 eyes with IVR,and 28 eyes applied for IVR combined with laser photocoagulation.The postoperative ROP regression recur-rence rate were analyzed.Results Compared with the laser and IVR group,the combination group had significantly short-ened ridge regression time and lower ROP recurrence rate(both P＜0.05).The follow-up time of the laser treatment was significantly shorter than that of the IVR and the combination group(P＜0.05).No serious ocular and systemic complica-tions during and after all the treatments were recorded.Conclusion The combination of laser photocoagulation and intravit-real ranibizumab injection is safe and effective in the treatment of retinopathy of prematurity,which could shorten the time of disease regression and reduce the recurrence rate.关键词
