Abstract
A strong country must first strengthen the agriculture,and only when the agriculture is strong can the country become strong.To build a powerful agricultural country,we need a large number of high-quality agricultural talents,especially a new type of professional farmers.The cultivation of a new type of professional farmers is in line with the basic contradictions of our country in the context of the new era,and conforms to the needs of the people for a better life.In terms of the necessity of cultivating a new type of professional farmers,it can improve grain quality,increase agricultural output value and promote the application of science and technology;in the dilemma of cultivating a new type of professional farmers,it is mainly due to the lack of agricultural innovation leaders in rural areas,the serious outflow of rural labor force and the shortage of high-quality talents in agriculture.In the aspect of countermeasures,in order to make the cultivation of new-type professional farmers more efficient,it is put forward that three kinds of people have the advantages of cultivating new-type professional farmers,namely,village cadres,township sages and college students.It is also proposed to establish a system of oriented cultivation of public-funded students for agronomy majors in colleges and universities.关键词
