优秀农村党支部书记队伍培养教育规律探析

Abstract
The report of the 20th CPC National Congress emphasizes that to improve the efficiency of social governance,the key is to improve the social governance system of co-construction,co-governance and sharing.In order to achieve effective governance at the grass-roots level,we need a team of smart and capable talents to support,and the team of excellent rural Party branch secretaries is undoubtedly the focus of multiple governance subjects.As the backbone of rural grass-roots Party organizations,the secretary of rural Party branch is not only a leader in the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy,but also a new force in effective governance.Taking Puyang County as an example,this paper probes into the present situation,existing problems and development strategies of the training and education of rural Party branch secretaries in the new era and new situation,so as to create an advanced group with radiation-driving ability through training and education and provide local experience for promoting the modernization of rural governance system and governance capacity.关键词
