Evaluation and management of bleeding and he-matoma complications in pelvic floor reconstruc-tion surgery
摘要
Abstract
Pelvic floor reconstruction is the main sur-gical approach for the treatment of female pelvic organ prolapse(POP).The procedure involves suspending and repairing lax tissues,as well as using mesh that conforms to the shape of the pelvic floor to repair,strengthen,and rebuild the pelvic floor tissues,in order to restore anatomy and reconstruct pelvic floor function.Owing to the complex pelvic floor vascular anatomy and the need for blind puncture operations,bleeding or occult bleeding is very likely ot occur during tissue gap separation or puncture device-guided mesh placement,and the latter often leads to hema-toma formation.This article summarizes the charac-teristics of pelvic floor reconstruction surgery and an-atomical knowledge related to bleeding,and describes factors associated with surgical hemorrhage and he-matoma formation,as well as preventive and curative measures.关键词
