宫腔镜处理骶骨固定术术后网片并发症的价值
Value of hysteroscopy in the management of mesh complications of sacrocolpopexy
摘要
Abstract
Abdominal Sacralcolpopexy(ASC)is the standard surgical method to repair apical defect of pelvic organ prolapse.Mesh-related complications of ASC include mesh exposure,infection and pain.It is necessary to manage mesh complications with indi-vidualized approach.Conservative therapy is a choice of treatment and surgical mesh removal can be done if necessary.The surgical route can be laparoscopic,transabdominal and transvaginal approach,each having its own advantages and disadvantages.Our team ex-plored the hysteroscopy technique to treat mesh-re-lated complications by using anterior sacral space.The advantages of this technique are minimally invasive,clear surgical field and small damage.关键词
