Exploration of the prevention and treatment of perimenopausal hair loss by tonifying Yangming from the perspective of"decline of Yangming meridian"
摘要
Abstract
In the book Suwen on Art of Health Cultivation in Ancient Times,it is said that"women may experience a decline of Yangming meridian at the age of thirty-five…and their hair begins to fall".It can be seen that"hair begins to fall"is one of the manifestations of the"decline of Yangming meridian".The hair loss caused by the"decline of Yangming meridian"is equivalent to the perimenopausal hair loss in modern medicine,and ovarian dysfunction is the main reason for women to enter the perimenopausal period.The special physiological internal environment during the perimenopausal period also affects hair loss.t can be seen that the"decline of Yangming meridian"is closely related to perimenopausal hair loss.Based on the theory of the"decline of Yangming meridian",this article analyzes the impact of the physiological internal environment of perimenopause on hair loss,explores the correlation between the"decline of Yangming meridian"and related initiating factors of perimenopause,summarizes the relevant pathways of tonifying Yangming on hair growth,as well as the feasibility of delaying ovarian aging,and preventing and treating perimenopausal hair loss,and proposes to consider"thirty-five"as a starting point to timely tonify Yangming and Jinqi,which can prevent hair from getting old,prevent hair aging after getting old,thereby achieving the goal of preventing hair aging without falling,and preventing perimenopausal hair loss.关键词
