针灸改善化疗胃肠道不良反应临床研究进展
Clinical Research Progress of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Improving Gastrointestinal Adverse Reactions of Chemotherapy
摘要
Abstract
The clinical research literature on acupuncture,moxibustion,and other related treatments such as warm acupuncture,electroacupuncture,acupoint application,and acupoint injection in the treatment of chemotherapy-related gastrointestinal adverse reactions of malignant tumors was retrieved.The research progress of acupuncture,moxibustion,and other related treatments in the intervention of chemotherapy-related gastrointestinal adverse reactions was overviewed.Acupuncture,moxibustion and with combination of external treatment or internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine are commonly used to improve curative effect in clinical practice,such as chemotherapy-related nausea,vomiting,hiccup,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,diarrhea,constipation,and so on.The acupoints mainly selected are Zusanli(ST 36),Neiguan(PC 6),Zhongwan(CV 12),Shenque(CV 8),and so on.Acupuncture and moxibustion have been widely used to improve chemotherapy-related gastrointestinal adverse reactions,and have obvious advantages compared with western medicine treatment alone.They often take effect by reducing the frequency of related symptoms,relieving clinical symptoms,shortening the duration,and improving the quality of life,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.关键词
