基于网络药理学探讨加味止哮平喘汤治疗支气管哮喘的作用机制
Exploration of the mechanism of action of modified Zhixiao Pingchuan Decoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma based on network pharmacology

Abstract
Objective To explore the mechanism of action of modified Zhixiao Pingchuan Decoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma based on network pharmacology.Methods The active ingredients and key targets of the drug were obtained,and then the corresponding databases were used to predict the relevant targets of bronchial asthma.After the intersection,the STRING database and Cytoscape 3.9.1 software were used to construct protein-protein interaction networks and drug-target networks,and gene ontology(GO)functional enrichment and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment analysis were performed.Results 404 active ingredients and 202 intersection targets of the core drug were screened.180 molecular functions were obtained through GO functional analysis,and 179 pathways were obtained through KEGG pathway enrichment analysis.Conclusion Through network pharmacology analysis,the mechanism of action of modified Zhixiao Pingchuan Decoction in treating bronchial asthma has been predicted,providing a reference for clinical research.关键词
