职业师范院校学前教育专业产业学院协同育人模式探索与实践
Exploration and Practice of Collaborative Educational Model of Industrial College for Pre-school Education Major in Vocational Normal Colleges

Abstract
Taking the industrial college of Jilin Engineering Normal University as an example,the basic logic of the model is explored:the rapid development of early childhood education puts forward higher requirements for the supply of early childhood teachers,the comprehensive improvement of the quality of early childhood teachers'training faces a lot of problems;collaborative education is an effective way to improve the quality of early childhood teachers'training,and the construction of collaborative education model of the industrial colleges has a good foundation in reality.The model adheres to"four reforms"in the main line of construction,"three scenes of interaction"in the teaching environment,"three-dimensional integration"in the teaching mode,"double-qualified teacher"in the teacher's ability,and"digital empowerment"in student evaluation.The specific practical ideas and methods are optimizing the curriculum system,deepening the training reform,carrying out evaluation improvement,and implementing co-construction and co-management.关键词
