蔡小平治疗肿瘤相关性抑郁的临床经验
CAI Xiao-ping's Clinical Experience in Treating Tumor-Related Depression
摘要
Abstract
Tumor-related depression is a pathological depression state that occurs during the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors.It mainly manifests as fear and loss of interest,which not only makes tumor patients more painful,but also isn't conducive to the treatment of the disease itself.Western medicine has certain limitations.At the early stage of the disease,patients only take Chinese medicine and the condition can be significantly improved.If not taken seriously,it will deteriorate and even progress to refractory depression.Professor CAI Xiao-ping considers that tumor-related depression is closely related to tumor and its accompanying treatment.At the beginning,it affects qi,gradually affects blood,and for a long time,it affects yin of liver and kidney.It can be treated according to syndrome differentiation from 6 aspects of phlegm-qi obstruction,liver-stomach disharmony,liver depression and spleen deficiency,heart-spleen deficiency,blood deficiency and viscera dryness,and liver-kidney yin deficiency.The treatments mainly focus on activating qi and eliminating phlegm,soothing liver and clearing liver heat,soothing liver and invigorating spleen,tonifying heart and spleen,harmonizing the middle and relaxing tension,and nourishing kidney and liver,which obtain good clinical effects.In this paper,the clinical experiences in syndrome differentiation and treatment of tumor-related depression was summarized to provide reference for clinical practice.关键词
