"癌毒"理论指导下的肝癌分阶段治疗
Staged Treatment of Liver Cancer Guided by the"Cancer Toxin"Theory
摘要
Abstract
The theory of cancer toxin is one of the important theories in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of malignant tumors.Cancer toxin is the core pathogenesis of the occurrence and development of malignant tumors such as liver cancer.Compared with the conventional pathogeneses that coexist,the rise and fall of cancer toxin and the growth and decline of pathogenic factors determine the principles,methods,formulas,and medicines of TCM in treating liver cancer.At the same time,they determine the main treatment strategies in different stages of liver cancer.In the early stage of liver cancer,clearing residual toxins to prevent recurrence after operation is focused on.In the mid-term of liver cancer,both Chinese and western medicine should be emphasized to enhance efficacy and reduce toxicity synergistically.In the late stage,TCM mainly focuses on nourishing the body and attacking pathogenic factors supplemently.关键词
