Control Effects of Four Antibacterial Agents on Anthrax and Soft Rot of Camellia oleifera

Abstract
In order to screen environmentally friendly antibacterial agents and provide a basis for green prevention and control of Camellia an-thracnose and soft rot disease.The inhibition of four kinds of bacteriostatic agents on Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and soft rot of Camellia ole-ifera and the control effect at seedling stage were determined by indoor growth rate method and spray method.The results showed that both nano iron oxide suspension and Camellia oleifera shell vinegar had good inhibitory effects on Camellia oleifera anthracnose pathogen and Camellia oleifera soft rot pathogen.Among them,nano iron oxide suspension containing chitosan had the best inhibitory effect.The 1%nano iron oxide suspension treatment had a 100% inhibition rate on Camellia oleifera anthracnose,while the 3% Camellia oleifera shell vinegar treatment had a 100% inhibition rate on Camellia oleifera anthracnose;The inhibition rate of 0.3% nano iron oxide suspension treatment on Camellia oleifera soft rot disease was 100%,and the inhibition rate of 0.4% Camellia oleifera shell vinegar treatment on Camellia oleifera soft rot disease was 100%.The results of seedling test showed that four kinds of bacteriostatic agents had good control effects on anthracnose of Camellia oleifera,among which nano iron oxide and Camellia oleifera hull vinegar had the best control effect,with the control effect reaching about 90%,which was significantly different from electrolyte aqueous solution,and the control effect of carbendazim and bordeaux was also good,with the control effect reaching more than 59%.关键词
