Abstract
In the new round of planning for the protection and utilization of forest land,this paper proposed the construction contents of key projects in line with the new situation,such as the natural forest protection and restoration project,the construction and protection project of public welfare forest,the carbon-neutral forestry project,the forest land system restoration project,the forest quality improvement project,and the rural revitalization forestry project.In the aspects of forest land management ability construction,the construction of forest chief system,the construction of natural protected area system,the protection and management system construction of forest resources,the publicity and education project construction of forest land protection and other contents were proposed,so as to draw clear ideas in the preparation of a new round of forest land protection and utilization planning and ensure the scientificalness and rationality of the planning content.关键词
