摘要

Abstract

In order to clarify the effect of temperature stabilization time at key temperature points of flue-curing on output rate and quality of high-end tobacco leaves,and determine the key parameters which were conducive to improving the quality of tobacco leaves,this paper used an efficient heat pump oven and prolonged the temperature stabilization time at key temperature points of flue-curing in yellowing and color fixing stage.Then this paper analyzed the effect of temperature stabilization time on output rate,appearance quality,physical characteristics and chemical composition of high-end tobacco leaves.The results showed that the outputs of high-end tobacco leaves of treatments H1-H3(prolonging the temperature stabilization time)were mainly concentrated in the 7th to 8th leaves,and their output rates were higher than that of CK,among which the output rate of treatment H2(dry-bulb temperature in yellowing stage:stable temperature at 38.0℃for 18 h;stable temperature at 42.0℃for 16 h)was the highest.The appearance quality of tobacco leaves of treatment H3(dry-bulb temperature in yellowing stage:stable temperature at 38.0℃for 24 h;stable temperature at 42.0℃for 22 h)was better.The physical characteristics and chemical composition of the tobacco leaves of treatment H1-H3 were superior to those of CK.The physical characteristics of treatment H3 was better,and the chemical composition of treatment H2 was better,followed by treatment H3.In conclusion,The output rate and quality of high-end tobacco leaves can be improved by prolonging the temperature stabilization time at key temperature points in yellowing and color fixing stage,among which the output rate of high-end tobacco leaves of treatment H2 is relatively high,and the inherent quality of tobacco leaves of treatment H3 is better.
