China's Rural Financial Resource Allocation in the Context of Rural Revitalisation:The Reality of the Dilemma and the Path of Cracking

Abstract
Allocating rural financial resources to the key and weak links of agricultural and rural development is a key task of the rural revital-isation strategy,and how to optimize the allocation of financial resources and improve the efficiency of resource allocation has always been an important issue that needs to be solved urgently.The article analyses the status quo of rural financial resource allocation at this stage from the perspectives of supply and demand,clarifies the realistic dilemmas of rural financial resource allocation,and puts forward suggestions from four aspects of rationally stipulating the boundaries of government intervention,exploring the market-based resource allocation model,sounding the risk prevention and supervision mechanism,and strengthening the empowerment of financial science and technology,in order to improve the level of financial resource allocation.关键词
