不同运动剂量对大鼠骨骼肌细胞凋亡的影响
Effects of Different Exercise Doses on Apoptosis of Skeletal Muscle Cells in Rats

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of different exercise doses on apoptosis of skeletal muscle cells in rats.Methods:48 SD rats were ran-domly divided into immobilization group,normal activity group,moderate exercise group and excessive exercise group,12 rats/group.After 6 weeks of intervention,HE staining was used to observe the effects of different amounts of exercise on rat gastrocnemius muscle morphology;TUNEL stain-ing was used to observe the effects of different amounts of exercise on rat gastrocnemius muscle cell apoptosis.Results:HE staining results showed that the muscle fibers in the normal activity group and the moderate exercise group were evenly distributed,densely arranged,and consistent in size;the muscle fibers in the braking group and the excessive exercise group were irregular in shape,loosely arranged,varied in size,and showed varying degrees of atrophy.The fiber gap increased significantly.Compared with the normal activity group,the muscle fiber diameter and cross-sectional area of the moderate exercise group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the braking group and excessive exercise group were significantly de-creased(P<0.05).The braking group was significantly lower than the excessive exercise group.More significant(P<0.05).TUNEL staining results showed that compared with the normal activity group,there was no significant difference in the muscle cell apoptosis rate in the moderate exercise group(P>0.05).The muscle cell apoptosis rate in the excessive exercise group and the braking group was significantly increased(P<0.05);compared with the excessive activity group,more muscle cell apoptosis was seen in the immobilization group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reasonable and moderate aerobic exercise can help increase the diameter and cross-sectional area of skeletal muscle fibers,improve muscle quality,and cause less cell apopto-sis than braking and excessive exercise.关键词
