从阳论治非特异性腰痛的中医康复
On Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation of Nonspecific Low Back Pain in the view of Yang
摘要
Abstract
Through the academic thoughts in ancient books,this paper analyzes the influence of Yang qi on the occurrence and development of non-specific low back pain,and discusses the important role and application of the idea of treating non-specific low back pain from Yang qi in Chinese medicine rehabilitation methods.From the perspective of the function of Yang qi,this paper analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of nonspecific low back pain,and holds that weakness of Yang qi,negligence of warmth,weakness of promotion and abnormal defense can all cause the disease.The Chinese medicine rehabilitation thought of treating nonspecific low back pain from Yang qi is discussed from three aspects:nourishing yang,tonifying kidney yang and strengthening spleen yang,which shows that the treatment should focus on invigorating Yang qi,removing arthralgia and regulating qi.Based on this,thus providing new ideas for treating non-specific low back pain by Chinese medicine rehabilitation methods.关键词
