Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of biomechanical adjustment of lower limbs for chondromalacia patellae(CP).Methods:60 patients with CP were selected from the Department of rehabilitation in our outpatient from 2021 to 2022.They were randomly divided into control group(N=30)and observation group(N=30),the control group was given knee function training,the observation group was given lower limb biome-chanics adjustment based on the control group,and the knee pain degree and knee function were compared between the two groups.Results:After one week treatment,the VAS score and LKSS score of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the VAS scores and LKSS scores in both groups were sig-nificantly better than those after 1 week of treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months follow-up,the VAS and LKSS scores in the observation group were significantly better than those after 8 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),while those in the control group were significantly worse than those after 8 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).In the control group,there was no significant difference in Q angle between before treatment and 1 week,8 weeks and 6 months after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in Q angle between the two groups after 1 week treatment(P>0.05),but the Q angle of the control group was signifi-cantly lower than that of the observation group in the same period after 8 weeks and 6 months of treatment.There was no significant difference in Q angle before and after 1 week treatment in the observation group(P>0.05),but the Q angle after 8 weeks treatment was significantly better than that after 1 week treatment,and significantly worse than that after 6 months follow-up.Conclusion:The long-term effect of lower extremity biomechanics adjustment on CP is better than that of knee function training alone,and it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
