PGA穴位埋线联合代茶饮治疗脾虚湿盛型单纯性肥胖症的疗效观察
The Curative Effect of PGA Acupoint Catgut Embedding Combined with Chinese Herbal Tea on Simple Obesity of Spleen Deficiency and Dampness Excess Type

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of PGA acupoint catgut embedding combined with Chinese herbal tea on simple obesity of spleen defi-ciency and dampness excess type.Methods:Ninety cases of patients with simple obesity of spleen deficiency and dampness excess type were ran-domly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group 1(n=30),control group 2(n=30),the observation group was treated with PGA acu-point catgut embedding combined with Chinese herbal tea,while the control group 1 was treated with PGA acupoint catgut embedding and the con-trol group 2 with Chinese herbal tea,4 weeks as a course of treatment.Before and after treatment,the data of the body weight,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference and TCM symptom score were recorded to evaluate the clinical effect.Meanwhile,the triglycerides(TG),cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),fasting blood glucose(FBG)and fasting insulin(FINS)were detected.Results:After two therapeutic courses of treatment,the overall response rate of observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 76.67%that of control group 1 and 73.33%that of control group 2,the difference were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The three groups had good effect on improving the indexes of body weight,BMI,waist circumference,TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C,the curative effect of observation group was better than both of the control group 1 and control group 2(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).The overall response rate of TCM symptoms in observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 66.67%that in control group 1 and 76.67%that in control group 2,the difference were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of PGA acupoint catgut embedding combined with Chinese herbal tea is one of the effective methods for simple obe-sity of spleen deficiency and dampness excess type.关键词
