PGA穴位埋线联合代茶饮治疗脾虚湿盛型单纯性肥胖症的疗效观察OA
The Curative Effect of PGA Acupoint Catgut Embedding Combined with Chinese Herbal Tea on Simple Obesity of Spleen Deficiency and Dampness Excess Type
目的:观察PGA线体穴位埋线联合中药代茶饮治疗脾虚湿盛型单纯性肥胖症的疗效.方法:将90例脾虚湿盛型单纯性肥胖症患者随机分为观察组及对照1组、对照2组各30例,观察组采用PGA穴位埋线联合代茶饮治疗,对照1组采用PGA穴位埋线治疗,对照2组采用代茶饮治疗,4周为1个疗程.治疗前后记录患者体重、体重指数(BMI)、腰围、中医症候评分的变化并据此统计疗效;同时检测患者甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)、血清胰岛素(FINS)等指标的变化.结果:经过2个疗程治疗,观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照1组为76.67%,对照2组为73.33%,观察组总有效率高于对照1组及对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);三组患者体重、BMI、腰围、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C均有显著改善,且观察组疗效优于对照1组及对照2组(P＜0.05、P＜0.01);观察组中医症候总有效率为93.33%,对照1组为66.67%,对照2组为76.67%,观察组中医症候总有效率高于对照1组及对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:PGA穴位埋线联合代茶饮是治疗脾虚湿盛型单纯性肥胖症的有效方法.
Objective:To observe the effect of PGA acupoint catgut embedding combined with Chinese herbal tea on simple obesity of spleen defi-ciency and dampness excess type.Methods:Ninety cases of patients with simple obesity of spleen deficiency and dampness excess type were ran-domly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group 1(n=30),control group 2(n=30),the observation group was treated with PGA acu-point catgut embedding combined with Chinese herbal tea,while the control group 1 was treated with PGA acupoint catgut embedding and the con-trol group 2 with Chinese herbal tea,4 weeks as a course of treatment.Before and after treatment,the data of the body weight,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference and TCM symptom score were recorded to evaluate the clinical effect.Meanwhile,the triglycerides(TG),cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),fasting blood glucose(FBG)and fasting insulin(FINS)were detected.Results:After two therapeutic courses of treatment,the overall response rate of observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 76.67%that of control group 1 and 73.33%that of control group 2,the difference were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The three groups had good effect on improving the indexes of body weight,BMI,waist circumference,TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C,the curative effect of observation group was better than both of the control group 1 and control group 2(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).The overall response rate of TCM symptoms in observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 66.67%that in control group 1 and 76.67%that in control group 2,the difference were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of PGA acupoint catgut embedding combined with Chinese herbal tea is one of the effective methods for simple obe-sity of spleen deficiency and dampness excess type.
