Research Progress on the Mechanism of Cell Autophagy on Steroid-Induced Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head Based on PI3K/Akt/mTOR Signal Pathway

Abstract
Steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head is a non-traumatic disease caused by long-term or excessive use of glucocorticoids.Modern studies have found that autophagy,as an intracellular regulatory mechanism,has a certain correlation with steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head.The PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway is a key link in the intervention of autophagy,plays an important pathophysiological role in the balance of cell metabolism.To clarify the effect of autophagy on the pathogenesis of steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head under the regulation of this pathway will help us to understand the disease at the molecular level,and hope to delay the process of steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head by targeting the regulation of autophagy.Therefore,this article reviews the relationship between PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway,autophagy and steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head,in order to provide a new perspective and theoreti-cal basis for clinical targeted therapy of steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head.关键词
