从"胆"探讨脑小血管病病机
Exploring the Pathogenesis of Cerebral Small Vessel Disease from "Gallbladder"
摘要
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the imaging manifestations and clinical syndromes of cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD),this paper is based on"patients with Jueyin Fengmu,the liver will depend on the gallbladder","the gallbladder controls the decision","different emotions,must fund the gallbladder qi","the deficiency and excess of the marrow,the liver and gallbladder should respond"and other ancient books,combined with the syn-drome differentiation and treatment of CSVD by contemporary medical scholars and scholars,a preliminary theoretical discussion on the correlation between"gallbladder"and the pathogenesis of CSVD was carried out.The author believes that the elaboration of the pathological and physiological characteristics of the three aspects of"the atmosphere of the gallbladder wood","the gallbladder controls the decision"and"five zang organs and emotions"can provide a new theoretical basis for the pathogenesis of CSVD,and provide a new basis for the clinical treatment of CSVD from the gallbladder.关键词
