从"湿热损络"论治糜烂性胃炎
Treatment of Erosive Gastritis from Perspective of "Dampness-Heat Damaging Collaterals"
摘要
Abstract
Chronic erosive gastritis(CEG)is a common clinical digestive disease,characterized by high morbidity,many risk factors and recurrent difficulty in healing.The author,through the holistic view and diagnosis and treatment,based on the three factors,believes that erosive gastritis is caused by exogenous or endogenous dampness-heat,which damages the gastric viscera and blood channels,resulting in gastric mucous membrane erosion,and the underlying mechanism is"dampness-heat damaging collaterals".This paper discusses the theoretical connotation and pathological characteristics of dampness-heat damaging collaterals,and guides the clinical staging and treatment of erosive gastritis,in order to provide theoretical references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of erosive gastritis.关键词
