重复经颅磁刺激治疗脑卒中后认知障碍的研究进展
Research Progress of Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in Treatment of Cognitive Impairment after Stroke
摘要
Abstract
Stroke is a common acute cerebrovascular disease in middle-aged and elderly people,with high risk factor and many complications.Among them,post stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI)is one of the common complications of stroke survivors.It not only reduces the survival time of patients,but also seriously affects the living standards and social participation ability of patients,and increases the risk of disability and mortality.Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)is a kind of effect on the central nervous system through pulsed magnetic field,which affects nerve electrical activity and brain metabolism.In recent years,it has been gradually applied to the treatment of PSCI,but there is no uniform standard for the selection of treatment parameters for PSCI.Therefore,this paper summarizes the current treatment options.关键词
