Research on the Effect of Mixing Silicon Powder on the Durability of Concrete in Composite Cementitious System of Ordinary Portland Cement and Sulfoaluminate Cement

摘要

Abstract

By mixing different proportions of silicon powder to a composite cementitious system(P·O-SAC)with a ratio of m(the ordinary Portland cement)to m(the sulfoaluminate cement)is 3∶7,the hy-dration process of the composite cementitious system,as well as the compressive strength,splitting strength,and chloride ion corrosion resistance of the concrete,are tested to improve the durability of the concrete in the multi-component composite cementitious system.The research shows that the more silicon powder is mixed,the longer the initial and final setting times of composite cement.Mixing an appropriate amount of silicon powder can effectively improve the compressive strength of P·O-SAC concrete and the development of its later strength.Silicon powder can enhance the resistance of P·O-SAC concrete to chlo-ride corrosion.
