摘要

Abstract

Objective:Honeysuckle formula granule spray drying process is preferred.Methods:The orthogonal experimental scheme was designed based on three factors:flow paste density,inlet air temperature and outlet air temperature,and the optimal process was selected by comprehensively analyzing and scoring the weights of drying yield,index component transfer rate,feature map similarity,moisture and solubility.Results:The final preferred process parameters:flow paste density 1.06 g/mL(60℃),spray drying inlet temperature 200℃±5℃,outlet temperature 105℃±5℃.Conclusion:This study can provide a certain reference for the spray drying process of honeysuckle formula granules.
