摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of increasing the power density of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)with limited assembly space,a new cooling structure was designed with a 50kW permanent magnet motor(PMSM)as the research obj ect,and the temperature field simulation was performed.The three-position temperature field simulation model was established by finite element software to obtain the temperature distribution of the internal winding of the motor,and the temperature field distribution of the new cooling structure of the motor was analyzed.The comparison and analysis with the traditional cooling structure under the same conditions showed that the new cooling structure of the motor was designed reasonably.Compared with the traditional cooling structure,the new cooling structure can better reduce the winding end temperature rise,which provides a certain reference for developing high-power automotive permanent magnet motor or reducing the motor volume.
