风泄的临床表现与治疗探讨
Clinical Manifestation and Treatment of Wind-induced Diarrhea
摘要
Abstract
The disease of"Wind-induced Diarrhea"has been recorded in ancient times,but it is rarely mentioned today and has not been systematically discussed.Combining with literatures and clinical examples,this paper systematically discusses the main patho-genesis of Wind-induced diarrhea from the perspective of intestinal Yin skin,involving three major aspects:external Wind,internal Wind,and external Wind mixed with internal Wind,it also summarizes the clinical manifestations of Wind-induced diarrhea bycom-bining with the additional morbigenous Qi.Based on clinical practice,it is concluded that after prolonged illness of Wind-induced diarrhea,Qi deficiency syndrome,Yin deficiency syndrome,or Blood deficiency syndrome are often seen.And this paper summarizes the three commonly used therapies and main prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,it is suggested that when the external Wind damages the human body,the main method is to dispel the Wind;and when the internal Wind harms health,it should be discussed from the Liver,and the key is to calm the Wind and strengthen the Spleen;when those with mixed internal and external Winds,the method of removing Wind should be used.One valid medical records are attached.关键词
