基于虚拟仿真技术的服装智能制造应用研究
Research on the Application of Intelligent Garment Manufacturing Based on Virtual Simulation Technology
摘要
Abstract
Due to the inability of traditional garment manufacturing to meet market demand well,the re-search on the application of virtual simulation technology in intelligent garment manufacturing to achieve the transformation and upgrading of garment enterprises and ensure their healthy developments is conduc-ted.The non-contact measurement is used to obtain 3D human body data,a virtual 3D human body model is established,and the design intention of the garment designer is deeply mined to obtain the 3D virtual gar-ment model at the same time.The garment design is optimized through texture feature mapping,collision detection,realism enhancement and scene construction,and applied to personalized garment design and vir-tual fitting,which has certain reference value for improving the intelligent manufacturing level and market competitiveness of garment enterprises.关键词
