绍兴古城历史街区的风貌特征与改造策略
The Landscape Characteristics and Renovation Strategies of Historical Neighborhoods in the Ancient City of Shaoxing: A Case of the Typical Historical Neighborhoods

Abstract
Shaoxing's ancient and superior history, culture and geography have created a unique historical neighborhood style, but at present there are many problems, such as inconsistent architectural style of the neighborhood, narrow and uneven roads, messy electric lines, and unreasonable traffic routes, and so on. The paper takes the former residence of Ming painter Xu Wei, "Qingteng Book House", in the front and back of Guanxiang as an example, based on the regional characteristics of Shaoxing, focuses on the discussion and analysis on the strategies and measures for the renovation of this historic neighborhood, and applies spatial planning, architectural design and other methods to solve the existing problems and safety hazards, so as to make the historical neighborhoods of Qingteng Book House in the core of front and back of Guanxiang a famous cultural and living area in Shaoxing.关键词
