摘要
Abstract
As an important means of industrial transformation and development, urban quality improvement and social governance optimization, urban renewal is an inevitable choice for urban development in the era of stock planning. The disadvantages of the urban renewal mechanism of government leading urban renewal and government and market co-governance have gradually emerged, and it is the general trend of urban renewal to move towards multi-subject cooperated governance. By exploring the necessity and characteristics of the multi-subject co-governance renewal mechanism and combining the existing problems in the urban renewal mechanism of Suzhou, this paper proposes the optimization strategies for Suzhou urban renewal mechanism.关键词
