Review of resilience assessment in urban floods on transportation road network infrastructures

摘要

Abstract

From the perspective of resilience research,a comprehensive analysis and exposition of the theory,operation mechanisms,model construction,safety control,and recovery enhancement of urban transportation road network infrastructures(groups)under urban floods are provided by integrating hydrodynamic models and traffic flow theory.Firstly,the overview and development history of resilience research in road networks under water disasters are analyzed employing a bibliometric approach.The research directions'hotspots and evolutionary progress in urban road networks under water disasters are elucidated.Secondly,from the perspec-tives of urban inundation calculation and water disaster road networks,the theoretical calculations of urban rainstorm scenarios and their interaction with facilities are systematically reviewed.Furthermore,the interac-tion mechanisms between urban water disasters and traffic road network infrastructures are elaborated upon,the water disaster scenarios for aboveground interchange hubs and underground traffic facilities are analyzed,and the resilience analysis and measurement of urban transportation road networks under water disasters are de-scribed.Subsequently,strategies for pre-disaster prevention,in-disaster management,and post-disaster recov-ery are outlined in three stages.Finally,the main issues and challenges faced by existing research are summa-rized,and future directions for research on the resilience of urban transportation road network infrastructures(groups)under extreme climate conditions are provided.The focus is on information-physical integration-based intelligent scheduling,water-resistant analysis of traffic facilities incorporating vertical scales,and high-precision recovery models tailored to practical scenarios.
