具有可控开距接触器的研究OA
Research on Contactor with Controllable Contact Gap
为了提高传统电磁式接触器分断电流的能力,并解决大开距下合闸功耗高、动铁心冲击力大、铁心磨损严重等问题,设计一种具有可控开距的接触器.通过结构改进,增大传统交流接触器结构层面可打开开距,利用基于单片机的控制电路识别分断电流,并在分断过程中对励磁线圈施加不同宽度的脉冲电流,使接触器在不同分断电流下具有不同的开距,完成分断后触头回到小开距的平衡位置.通过实验,验证了所设计的接触器具有可控开距的功能.
In order to improve the breaking current capacity of the traditional electromagnetic contactor and solve the disadvantages of high closing power consumption,large impact force of the moving iron core and serious wear of the iron core under large contact gap,a contactor with controllable contact gap is designed.Through structural improvement,the gap of the contact that can be opened at the structural level of the traditional AC contactor is increased.The control circuit based on the single-chip microcomputer is used to identify the breaking current,and the pulse current with different width is applied to the excitation coil during the breaking process,so that the contactor has different gap under different breaking current.After the breaking,the contact returns to the balance position of small gap.Through experiments,it is verified that the designed contactor has the function of controllable contact gap.
