为了实现物联网断路器内部控制器对不同相数断路器的可复用,通过硬件上对断路器、电源、网关的组合设计,软件上采用区别于传统计量芯片的方案,提出一种断路器内部控制器直接通过ADC采集电压、电流来配合软件算法的设计实现方式,同时提出一种自动分配断路器地址的方法,最后通过试验对电气量采集精度进行测试.所提方法解决了单相断路器需要引出中性线,不同相数断路器依赖不同类型采集芯片的问题,大大降低了生产成本,进而为生产资料的归一化管理提供便利.

In order to achieve the reusability of the internal controller of IoT circuit breakers for different phase numbers of circuit breakers,a combination design of circuit breakers,power supplies and gateways is adopted in hardware,and a scheme different from traditional measurement chips is adopted in software.A design and implementation method of the circuit breakers internal controller collecting voltage and current values directly through ADC combined with software algorithms is proposed,and a method for automatically allocating circuit breaker addresses is also proposed.And the accuracy of electrical quantity collection is tested through experiments.The proposed method solves the problem of single-phase circuit breakers requiring the introduction of a neutral line and circuit breakers with different numbers of phases relying on different types of acquisition chips,which greatly reduces the production costs and provides the convenience for normalized management of production materials.
