BFRP筋回收轮胎钢纤维混凝土黏结性能分析
Analysis of bonding properties of recycled tire steel fiber reinforced concrete with BFRP bars

Abstract
The bonding properties of basalt fiber reinforced polymer(BFRP)bars in recycled tire steel fiber(RTSF)reinforced concrete were tested and analyzed.The pull-out tests of specimens with different RTSF volume contents,BFRP bar diameters,and embedding lengths were conducted to study their effects on bond failure mode,bond-slip response,and bond strength.A theoretical model of bond-slip of RTSF reinforced concrete with BFRP bars was proposed.The results show that the bond failure type of RTSF reinforced con-crete with BFRP bars includes pull-out failure,splitting failure,and pull-out and splitting failure.The diame-ter of BFRP bars has no significant effect on the bond failure mode,while the volume content of RTSF,the diameter of BFRP bars,and the embedded length have great effects on the bond strength.The volume content of RTSF is positively correlated with the ultimate bond strength,while the diameter and embedded length of BFRP bars have the opposite effect.When the volume content of fiber increases from 0 to 1.5%,the ultimate bond strength can be increased by approximately 23.87%.Compared with the existing models,the proposed bond-slip theoretical model has higher fitting accuracy for the bond-slip curve of RTSF reinforced concrete with BFRP bars.关键词
