光储系统并网动态容量规划及运行优化研究OACSTPCD
Research on grid-connected dynamic capacity planning and operation optimization of photovoltaic storage system
针对电网中光储系统的容量规划问题,提出了一种考虑电网常规机组运行特性的光储系统并网动态容量规划模型.采用双层模型方法,上层规划以项目投资期间的光储系统、电网常规机组总成本为目标,通过灰狼算法求解,得到光储系统容量配置方案,作为下层模型的输入;下层优化以光储并网后的日运行成本最低为目标,通过MATLAB调用Cplex的分支定界算法求解,得到光伏、蓄电池、电网常规机组调度方案,作为上层模型的输入.上下层循环迭代,直至满足收敛条件,实现光储系统容量的动态规划.最后通过具体算例验证了模型的合理性.算例仿真结果表明,该方法兼顾了电网常规机组能耗,得到了经济性最优的光储系统容量配置方案以及光储并网运行调度策略,从而降低电网的发电成本,提升环境效益.
In this paper,a grid-connected dynamic capacity planning model of photovoltaic storage system is proposed con-sidering the operation characteristics of conventional units.With the bi-layer model method,the upper level planning takes the total cost of photovoltaic storage system and conventional power grid units as the objective,and obtains the capacity con-figuration scheme of photovoltaic storage system through gray wolf algorithm;the lower level optimization takes the minimum daily operation cost of photovoltaic storage system as the objective,and calls the branch and bound algorithm of CPLEX to solve the problem through MATLAB,and obtains the conventional units of photovoltaic,battery and power grid scheduling scheme.Finally,the rationality of the model is verified by an example.The simulation results show that this method can ob-tain the optimal energy allocation scheme of optical storage system,and take into account the energy consumption of conven-tional units in power grid,so as to reduce the power generation cost and improve the environmental benefits.
