Abstract

Aiming at the problems of limited semiconductor performance and positioning difficulties in the wireless power transfer(WPT)system of electric vehicles,this paper proposes a many-to-one high-voltage wireless charging free positioning system.This system adopts the design of inverter series input to adapt to high-voltage application scenarios.Meanwhile,it uses a multi-winding transformer to realize the equivalent parallel output of inverters and the function of transmitting electric energy to primary loops.It also adopts a many-to-one design to expand the positioning range of electric vehicles to realize the free positioning function of wireless charging.In order to analyze the working mechanism of the multi-winding transformer and study the energy transmission characteristics of the many-to-one topology,this paper carries out equivalent circuit analy-sis and Matlab simulation,and makes a laboratory prototype for experimental verification.Based on the experimental and simulation results,this paper proposes a hybrid operating mode based on many-to-one WPT topology,which can effective-ly expand the positioning range of electric vehicles during wireless charging.Research and analysis show that the topology proposed in this paper can effectively increase the input voltage of the system for high-voltage scenarios,and can effective-ly expand the positioning range of electric vehicles during wireless charging to achieve free positioning.
