Discussion on the Spatial Identification and Structural Optimization of the Human Settlements in the National Land Space Based on Natural and Human Resources: A Case of Honghe Prefecture in Yunnan Province

Abstract
The current "three zones and three lines" control of national land space is difficult to accurately measure and reflect the complexity and particularity of the natural and human settlement characteristics of national land space. Based on the concept of ecological civilization construction, the paper studies and judges the spatial coupling relationship between the human agglomeration area, natural resources and human environment in Honghe Prefecture from three aspects of spatial value, spatial problems and spatial demand, and uses spatial analysis means such as Big data and GIS to build a human settlement environment identification and analysis system. The research has shown that ① the interwoven areas of natural and cultural resources and population density in Honghe Prefecture can be roughly divided into three categories in terms of spatial distribution. ② There are contradictions between natural and cultural resources and human settlements, as well as issues with the coordination of landscape construction. It is concluded that based on the protection and utilization of natural and cultural resources and the needs of national spatial control, multiple factors are comprehensively considered to construct a comprehensive human settlement environment structure.关键词
