摘要

Abstract

To improve the energy efficiency of coal-based hydrogen production and reduce carbon emissions,four new hydrogen-electricity cogeneration systems based on coal partial gasification were constructed.The sys-tem efficiency and hydrogen production efficiency were used as evaluation criteria to simulate and compare the systems using Aspen Plus.The results show that there are different oxygen-coal ratios and carbon conversion rates to achieve the highest system efficiency.System 1 to 4 reach the highest system efficiency when the car-bon conversion rate is 60%,85%,65%,and 60%,respectively.With the increase of gasification tempera-ture,the efficiency and gasification efficiency of each system first increase rapidly and then tend to be stable.With the increase of gasification pressure,the efficiency and gasification efficiency of each system first de-crease rapidly and then tend to be stable.When the oxygen-coal ratio is 0.33,the gasification pressure is 2 MPa,and the gasification temperature is 1 000 ℃,the efficiency of system 1 to 4 is 59.12%,66.13%,62.21%and 58.57%,respectively.The coal partial gasification pressurized oxygen-enriched combustion cy-cle system(System 2),which uses CO2 and O2 as gasification agents,and with a mass ratio of CO2 to O2of 4∶1,has advantages under various standards and is the best hydrogen-electricity cogeneration system.
