数据与知识融合的电能表故障关联模型研究
Research on electricity meter fault correlation model based on data and knowledge fusion
摘要
Abstract
At present,a large number of electricity meters removed due to faults have accumulated in various places,but the value of the dismantled meters has not been fully explored.This paper uses the information of the dismantled meter to build a correlation model from"electricity meter failure phenomenon"to"component failure",and gives the complete process of establishing the model.Firstly,this paper conducts an open-top inspection of the dismantled meter,records the preliminary results,and conducts data screening and cleaning.In this way,the direct and indirect relationship between the fault phenomenon and the component failure is obtained.Secondly,for the direct relationship,this paper adopts the statistical method to model,and for the indirect relationship,it uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)as the bridge to model.Finally,the complete association model is obtained.This paper also gives the application example and data update method of the model.The effectiveness of the method is proved by experiments.The proposed method can be used to guide the maintenance and repair of the electricity meter and the improvement of the production process.关键词
